The idea of eBay is that you buy thing for a price that is lower than the listeing/catalogue one. Have you sold the pen to me for 31500 JPY? No. So issueing an invoice for that value = stating untrue. I bought it for about 14 885 JPY. 2. I have bought a Sailor pen from someone else in Japan. He stated a true price of the pen. I didn't have to pay custom duties. The pen is EF and it's smooth. So I'm sure I'm not applying to much pressure to Saibi-Togi pen. And I know fine nibs are "harder". But they don't scratch. I tried different kinds of papers and angles - it's better on high quality 140g/m3 paper but still scratching. I'd love to keep it, believe me. I've been saving for it for some time. But it's not smooth and it is scratching even if I just touch the paper when writing. Is it normal? What else can I do to find out it's not faulty? Take care,
